Whereas you said: "I believe refugees can vote in Germany." (Note the lack of a question mark.) Leading others to take that for a fact.

Why not tell the “refugees” to go home and fight for their own country since ISIS isn’t a “source of terror”.

Why on earth would they? They're draining their societies of non-producers and potential troublemakers and Germany is picking up the tab. Whether the last freak who drove a truck into a crowd is mentally unstable or besotted with Islam or both, he's (1) been successfully exported from his source country; (2) being supported in a manner he like to become accustomed to; (3) being absolved of serious crimes such as rape and assault, and (4) making liberals in his new home who don't happen to be his victims feel great about themselves. I got news for Merkel, he isn't going anywhere.

Presently, ONLY German citizens can vote in the election. There is a provisional ballot for visa-holding non-citizens to vote for a representative in the Bundestag (to be their “voice”).
There is a fair amount of discussion to open up voting to all non-Germans who hold a visa (this would include Greek, Serbian, French, American, Syrian, etc...groups). At the heart of the matter is the fact that all hold a visa and work permit...thus are taxed, and they should have some say on taxes and laws.
If you add up visa-carrying foreigners in Germany...it’s fairly near 7-million out of the 82-million in the country....and likely to edge upwards to 8-million over the next five years. Trying to pick which party they might fixate upon? Nearly impossible. Too many aspects to the different nationalities. Just on Americans alone....there’s around 115,000 Americans here (non-military related). Around 120,000 Chinese who are mostly college students.
Merkel is pulling an Obama! Larding up Deutschland with even more dangerous thugs! She’ll go down in history with Hitler and Stalin for committing deliberate murder of her countrymen.
