So what's next - will the "conservative" journalists at all the other liberal networks start suing because they were not given a voice, a program, a seat at the table?

NOPE, just like you don't see whack job conservatives screaming at town halls, rioting in the streets, leaving messes after their protests, you won't see those lawsuits. Frankly it's a shame - if we really want respect and diversity in the marketplace, then wouldn't you think the Liberal MSM and even Liberal colleges would be ripe for these type of legal actions? One can hope.

Mark Levin keeps alluding to (unnamed) serious legal situations that are percolating at other network news operations. He implies that he has inside knowledge of these situations, that there are many of them, and that CNN in particular is dealing with one or more big ones.

He implies that these situations are well known within the biz, that sooner or later they are going to come to light, and that big on-air names are involved.

Sorry to learn about Kelly Wright's complaints as I personally like him but........I'm sick and tired of the "racist, sexist, homo-whatever, and bathroom complaints" by those who feel entitled and missing out on being "special."

Get lost all of you!

It would be nice to see the scales balanced somewhat.

Even better would be a thorough swamp-draining of the litigation industry.

If the black Fox reporter in question is Kelly Wright, his further promotion may not have been due to race prejudice.
TV is a visual medium, show directors and producers have to make hard choices. It’s not fair or nice, but it is so.

Kelly doesn’t have a lot of on air charisma, he is approaching middle age, he is not particularly telegenic with that coal black toupee and his extra girth.
Lastly, Kelly is too quick to interpret a difference of professional opinion as being Race Based. Too quick to become offended.
These unpleasant facts may have more to do with his lack of promotion than what race he is.

Everyone deserves a trophy.

Also, everyone deserves that “big promotion” and the “corner office”. It’s terribly racist not to pay everyone $10M a year.

I bet there are suits elsewhere we just don’t hear about them. They don’t help the medias agenda.

As to the minorities suing fox...Would it be too conspiratorial to think they wanted to get hired at FOX so they could sue one day? That this was pre-planned????

People who think this is Fox News Thing are very naïve. If it’s happening at one network, it’s happening at all of them.

The issues at Fox are clearly not concocted; one does not pay $13 million dollars for claims that do not have merit.

The issues with Ailes are not made up either.

Most of us work in companies that would not tolerate 2% of that type of behavior before being asked to leave. I know my company doesn’t have $13 million to make anyone go away.

The good news is that these are cautionary tales to every person who has dirty old men working for them in an environment more akin to a 1970’s prep school than a 2017 news room.

“The women, now African Americans, all playing the minority card, ...”

Try to avoid this by hiring promarily white men, you get sued for that, too.

CNN is being sued for racial discrimination. They were first then apparently New York Times and now Fox News.
