Thins your blood, mucks up your digestion.
Mix your alcohol with soda, or drink water in between doses of your beverage.
“Here....hold muh tylenol”
Doesn’t have quite the same ring to it
A couple of mugs of makers mark will cure what aisles ya.
I learned early on wine was an effective back pain killer.
Nope. No alcy. Two Advil in the morn for pain. The occasional drink, but not regularly.
Yoga sucks.
Taekwondo, FTW. :) Love the stretching.

Dehydration is lack of electrolytes not a lack of water. Unless you’re consuming salt with the water it doesn’t help.
Hydrate the morning after. Better the night of. It will fix ya right up. Water not vodka for hydration.
My oldest just turned 21 and wanted me to take him to a bar. So I did and had him drink a pint of water with every alcoholic drink. He had a great time with people buying him drinks. I think he ended up having 6 or 7 drinks and wasn't hung over the next day. I try to do the same when I drink - makes a huge difference.

Hurt my lower back a few years back, Doc gave me Pain Pills and Muscle Relaxers... made me sick and stupid and I still couldn’t move about or sleep.
A few beers and I was (thou still in some distress) I could function and more importantly sleep. Chunked the Meds and eventually got better and was at least functional in the meantime.
I have always thought pain pills were not the answer to every question, like I used to tell my kids, “Pain serves a purpose, it says DON”T DO THAT AGAIN” so having some distress aids in healing ... keeps you from damaging or re-injuring what your body is trying to mend and lets you still be functional.
Other beverages, not to mention pretzels, have salt and other nutrients. Water.
Drink water and *eat*. My worst experiences have been when I wasn’t eating.
I love yoga. If I had a couple of hours for it every day, I probably wouldn’t drink wine.
Proud to say that I have absolutely Zero experience on that particular topic.
Sage wins
As Hank Hill once said, “Is there anything beer can’t cure?”
Oh, and Pro Tip:
Tylenol is just Acetaminophen with billions of dollars of advertising behind it to get people to pick it off the shelf.
Buy generic acetaminophen, get the same effect for half to 1/4 the price.
Ive known it for years. If I only believed my personal experience, I would be quite convinced that Tylenol was the biggest placebo scam ever pulled off. Tylenol does absolutely nothing for me.
