President Donald J. Trump fired now-former FBI Director James Comey to send a message to Senator John McCain, sources close to the White House confirm.
Earlier this year, McCain went after Trump with widely discredited opposition research that he immediately shared with Comey, his longtime friend.
Comey worked with McCain to go after businessman Jack Abramoff after Abramoff stopped McCain from winning the Republican Primary in 2000.
McCain has since been working with FBI Director Comey to help undermine President Trump since Trump was elected.
The FBI firing move, which did not leak, was carried out by White House counsel Don McGahn and Attorney General Jeff Sessions. President Trump deliberately kept Reince Priebus and Sean Spicer in the dark to keep them from leaking.

I’m not real intricate on how we got here, but Donald Trump appears to be honestly interested in making America as it was designed.
His way of speaking may not fit with the BS Harvard crew, but it appears honest and I can follow it. We must save America from the filth that wants it to be like global BS, “Europe” and other snowflake ideals.

He's learning, but he has many miles of dark alleys to navigate- he desperately needs experienced(congressional) help (Newt?). President Trump needs to eliminate 99% of the State Dept.

I didn’t vote for old man Bush... either time. I voted for Little Boy Bush once. I believe he was a wolf in sheep’s clothing. I know lots of people who say they voted for him “because he was a “Christian”. His own words proved otherwise when he said Christians and Muslims pray to the same God.

Jeeze McCain still can’t let the “He’s not a war hero thing go”, can he? It’s like he’s used that as his crutch to a cushy life and believes it. Not like he narc’d on his fellow soldiers, marines, airmen, and sailors in the Hilton or anything. Or passed information to Charlie for quality of life improvements for himself. Or helped the gookskies make propaganda. A real POW that stuck with fellow POWS for sure.
