When the employee informed her that there was not a white doctor on shift, the woman grows visibly angry and says: “So you’re saying, in the whole entire building there isn’t one white doctor? You’re telling me that my kid has chest pains and he’s going to have to sit here until four o’clock? Can I see a doctor that’s white, that doesn’t have brown teeth and speaks English?”
As the woman grows increasingly agitated at the front counter, you can see other patients in the waiting room trying to improve the situation and suggest that she take her son to a hospital instead. The woman appears to repeat her request: “He’s sick and his chest is hurting. I don’t want to see a doctor who’s not white. I would like to see a white doctor and there’s no white doctor in this whole entire building.” The woman continued, adding “God, what type of horrible country do I live in? So I want to see somebody else who doesn’t have brown teeth and speaks English.”

My GP is a Syrian woman, but she speaks English as well as I do and doesn’t have brown teeth.

Yes! I have Tinnitis, and combine that with trying to understand someone with a thick accent, well communication is impossible.
Have you ever see a doctor ( for any reason at all ) whose mother tongue wasn't English and had such a thick accent that you weren't able to fully understand most of what he or she said? If not, many others have and it's worse than being sick and not seeing a doctor at all.

And I have had a doctor who was not white and did not speak great english save my life and there were a few white doctors that spoke perfect english not be able to cure my medical issue.

This was real, it happened in Canada.
But it also occurs here in the good old USA. My daughter is an ER nurse and sees it. She works side-by-side with tremendously dedicated co-workers of various ethnicities and backgrounds. One woman refused to be treated by this young black doctor. Said she didn't want to be seen by that "ni**er girl". My daughter told her "Well I'm sorry, Ma'am, but Dr. ___ is the only physician on duty right now." The woman up and left.

Actually no one wants to get treated by a random black doctor. Thanks to affirmative action black doctors are frequently passed who are under qualified and frankly just too stupid to be a doctor.
There are many excellent black doctors out there, but thanks to affirmative action the odds are very high that a random black doctor is quite bad.
The left wing media likes to smugly assert that ‘trailer trash’ is exclusively a Southern US phenomenon. As a Canadian, I can assert that that’s not true. We have plenty of our own.
Luckily most of them are too broke to be snowbirds in FL or AZ. :P
