Newly arrived Romanian immigrants are defecating in the streets and publicly decapitating chickens since moving to a Pennsylvania borough less than two months ago, residents complained during a packed town hall meeting on Thursday.
Members of the Californian Borough community in Washington County said they are repulsed by the behavior of their new neighbors, with over 600 residents signing a petition demanding that they alter their lifestyle.
'What I've seen is men and children - never usually the women - the men and the children dropping their pants in the middle of the street, defecating, pulling their pants up and going on their way,' one man told Pittsburgh's Action 4 News.

And if they are refugees then the question is why? What are they escaping in Romania?

As everyone else is saying, I'd bet dollars to donuts that these are Gypsies and not ethnic Romanians.
And you're absolutely right about most Third World immigrants being perfectly happy to wallow in their own filth - whether it's Gypsies or Somalis relieving themselves in the street or Mexicans throwing their kids' soiled pampers into their yards, even when offered basic sanitation in America or Europe.
I dated a Romanian girl who was here on a refugee passport after escaping communism. She is a civil engineer with the best of manners. Once when I did something rude in public, a belch I think, she said I was acting like a gypsy.
These are not normal Romanians. We could use 1000 more like her.
When she became a naturalized citizen she commented on the folks registering the newbies to vote. It was something like “shooting fish in a barrel”. She thought Bill Clinton spoke just like the communists she escapedand strongly disliked the dems.

Anytime you see this trash begging with kids in bad weather (hot or cold) call the cops. They might get away with it without kids but here in Florida law enforcement takes it really seriously when kids are being abused by these gypsies. One gypsy woman was arrested and it make the news last year. She had hundreds in cash and gift cards when busted. Total scam.
