Local to me.
These are apparently Gypsies.
I live about 3 miles outside of this 1 stoplight town.
We also have a PA state univ. in town. The affirmative action pres. has imported a large number of inner city "students" in to town and we have our share of SJWs.
Leading to a clash of cultures.

This is why it is bad news to live in/near a college town these days.

Anytime you see this trash begging with kids in bad weather (hot or cold) call the cops. They might get away with it without kids but here in Florida law enforcement takes it really seriously when kids are being abused by these gypsies. One gypsy woman was arrested and it make the news last year. She had hundreds in cash and gift cards when busted. Total scam.
