I can’t believe it only costs $20,000 for an addadicktome (unbelievablely, that word came up to add!). Is that the total price for the surgery?

Quick rounding addition, I got around $130k. And the female to "male" surgery is about the same price.

Of course, those price lists didn't include anything after surgery - It had some 2-3 day recovery rooms, but anything after that wasn't listed. Neither was any hormones or other drugs that you'll be taking for a long time after!
