I’ll always love Princess Diana.

She was too good for the “royal” family.

Princess Diana took a vow. Did you ever take a vow? I have a few times, from the Boy Scouts to military enlistment and especially my marriage of forty three years. Princess Diana was the daughter of the 8th Earl Spencer. As the daughter of an Earl she would have had no illusions of the nature of the Royal duties and obligations with the expected hardships. I am reminded of the sacred motto of West Point: “Duty, Honor, Country” and it must be the same for any conscionable individual that makes a sacred oath. Princess Diana was a spoiled child that shirked her obligation to her nation. She was not good enough for the royal family.
