Rosie O’Donnell is some sort of mess inside. Look at pictures of her “smiling”, she just bares her teeth is some sort of odd parody of a smile (though clearly not one) while the rest of her face, her eyes in particular, are flat and dead. She is, it seems, incapable of actually cracking a real smile, not even a fake one. Maybe she’s so full of botox that she’s lost the ability but I suspect it’s because she’s dead inside.
