Day late and a dollar short
What was the point?
What did they think they were doing with a mass-kneel?
I can’t think of one positive thing they were expecting from that maneuver,
It is good that they are showing reverent submission to the nation represented by the Anthem and the Flag but it is somehow not appropriate for Americans to be kneeling to a sovereign, wither to the Flag or to the British queen.
Discipline will probably be pay cuts and/or thinning of the ranks as the market for their product declines.
I posted some days ago that NFL players had BETTER stand with their hands over their hearts or their sport was finished. Looks like people gave them that message.
As it should be?
Apologies, firings and a pledge not to behave like treasonous scum again are as it shoulod be.
The Cowboys are as bad as the rest, or perhaps worse for trying to ride the PC fence. To Hell with the Cowboys and the rest of the NFL until they apologize.
Too late they are trying to save their butts now......no sale.
When Goodell resigns I might listen.
Cowboys made their Trump statement, now they will stand

Pat yourselves on the back...losers. Now we’ll make our statement.
The opportunnity for 100% compliance has passed them by already. We know what’s in their hearts, so feigned patriotism is not going to cut it.
It IS a “player problem”, and an NFL problem, and an education problem, and a BLM problem. It’s over.
Too late. The damage is done.
And from what I heard on WBAP radio today a HUGE number of fans are no longer fans.
This is battered wife syndrome: Smart people will not go back because it is flowers and chocolates now.
This revolt against the NFL has been brewing for a long time. The Anthem was just the final straw.
>>Doesnt BLM have to state I divorce you three times before the cowboys unity vow last weekend is released ? /S<<
And jump over a broom backwards, I think.
“To Hell with the Cowboys and the rest of the NFL until they apologize.”
So true - except for the “until they apologize” part.
I'd say to not give them the benefit of doubt.
Play by their rules and accuse them outright of throwing the game and put them on the defensive. Make them explain that they didn't throw the game.
Make them earn back the trust of the fans.

Too late.
Nope, can’t unring that bell.
Just pretend they dont exist.

Amen!
Even that phrase gets my blood boiling...”Made their Trump Statement”.
So it’s OK to say “Screw You” to the fans who voted for or have come to suppport the President? It’s OK to be so gullible or stupid that you don’t know that the SOB who started this kneeling crap is a cop hating commie punk that specifically said he doesn’t stand out of disdain for our flag and country?
So they made their Trump statement? Here’s my Trump statement, Dallas Cowboys and NFL: FU!
So, in your opinion, all should be forgiven then?
I respectully disagree. Nothing wrong with the great game of football, or pro sports in my book.
If the NFL apologized, took action to stop this madness and pledged to never tolerate it again, I’d be willing to give them another shot, but they have to change.
I’m not holding my breath. I think they truly don’t understand the reverence that Americans have for the flag and the anthem, because if they did they wouldn’t have allowed this pissing on the graves of our forefathers to happen in the first place.
