I've been watching the NFL for the past 50 years or so. No more. I'm pretty much over the withdrawal symptoms. Just another lifestyle change. On to bigger and better things.

The only down side of that is I can't officially turn my back on it today.

Getting ready for NASCAR to restart in 3rd week of Feb. Fishing, cleaning out garage, etc, grilling in the backyard (I am in CA), anything but football.

Seeing that I’ll be living in northern Indiana by then, probably out shoveling snow...or using my to be purchased snow blower.

Sooo... What will you be doing on Superbowl Sunday?
Not watching the game. It was an easy choice even before this protest controversy - the divisional round of the playoffs and the conference championships are usually where the best games are.

I’m going to finish my coffee, and then the dogs will take me out for a walk.

That was a great SB last year.
Maybe it set too high a standard for the NFL and the League is giving up?

I’ll be doing the same thing I usually do on Sundays, catching up with the programs on my DVR, reading, then watching some good British tv shows in my collection. Might throw in an episode of a British series I’m watching on Netflix. I never watch the NFL. I’m an old lady. Got more important things to do with the time I have left on this earth.

Puppy bowl.
I only ever watched the Superbowl for the commercials and halftime show anyway.

Why anyone cared about it has been a long time mystery to me. God is slowly revealing it, however.

Shoveling snow seems like a pretty good bet. I certainly won’t be wasting the day watching football.
