Almost every ep featured at least one. The pilot with Jeffrey Hunter had Susan Oliver.

Well, that Celeste Yarnall is the most beautiful in my opinion.

In terms of someone who appeared on the show who was a woman that you wanted to meet when you were a college freshman on a Friday night, probably Angelique Pettyjohn.

Caution: if you Google her name, you find some pretty risque picutures.

The most beautiful women of TOS is a long list that is difficult to narrow. The most beautiful female costume of TOS is also a long list, but from the beginning one has had the most discussion (including a long one in the first or second mainstream book on the series to come out back in the 60s), the iconic gown Apollo gifted Leslie Parrish in ‘Who Mourns for Adonais.’ It was so iconic that a Mannix episode was created around the premise of reuniting that actress with that very gown. Leslie, herself, is of course somewhere on the first list.

Not TOS, but my favorite actress from all of Star Trek is definitely Suzie Plakson. Played four different roles (on TNG, VOY, ENT). Not only was she a damn cute Vulcan and a very sexy Klingon -- she was also a Shatner-level scenery-chewer.
