The police could legally take their house.

As far as the agent goes, he should get PERSONALLY sued so hard even a ‘go fund me account’ would be illegal and made to pay all fees out of his pocket

Leave him enough money to go to Horticultural School so he can learn a weed from weed from flowers (admittedly I probably couldn’t tell the difference).

Also the Police Dept should be forced to pay for same for their ‘brilliant force’ and also a copy of ‘How to Win Friends and Influence People’ specifically the chapter on roughing up a couple of ‘old folks’.

Oh, if they have a drug sniffing dog and he ‘hit’ on the Hisbicus, he should also be retrained.

WTF ever happened to ‘checking things out’....getting like newspapers, just sensationalize the fringes and sort the meat out of the story later.

I am at the point that if hearing of ‘breaking news’ I will really wait till the next day to even start ‘looking into it’.

In what state is growing rope fiber without a permit illegal?

Or is it a federal stupidity?

Should I be worried that they are going to raid me for growing stinging nettles?

Me either. I thought hibiscus was a member of the rhododendron family of plants.

Where? Just try growing hemp and see what happens.

Whatever you do, don’t try selling any.

George Washington would be rolling and groaning if he knew of what FedGov has been allowed to do to this nation.

Ah, just hemp not rope fiber in general.

Rope or cordage is made from any number of plants. I just wanted to make sure I was not going to get raided for growing nettles or flax.

So what if it was pot? What a waste of police time and salary. If they have that much time on their hands, then lay some officers off. Most cops are WAY overpaid anyway, and we have FAR too much reverence for them. When I lived in NYC I was stunned by how most NYPD officers I met were barely more intelligent than primates, but as jackbooted as they come. New York’s Worst. But they make a MINT when payday comes.

They should be looking forward to a comfortable retirement after a good lawyer files a wrongful arrest lawsuit.

Please keep us posted on the outcome of the case if you continue to follow it. I would love to serve on the jury on this one. I hope the couple wins big time.

I figure most police officers are paid...about right.

The median annual Police Patrol Officer salary is $52,690, as of June 24, 2016, with a range usually between $43,886-$62,182, however this can vary widely depending on a variety of factors.

Considering the danger that the job can pose.

Considering how long pot stays in your system, I’m really curious how Prudential can “prove” how often anyone smokes.
