How is Amazon responsible for a third-party delivery driver’s actions? This has to be UPS, she’s wearing a brown uniform under the yellow reflective vest. UPS in our area is using Penske and U-Haul rental trucks along with their regular fleet.

I noticed that my Amazon “Prime” two day deliveries are not showing up on time or are being lost because FedEx and UPS are just passing them off the the Post Office for delivery to my rural address. Anyone else notice this?
