Asia Kate Dillon, an actor whom I just love from Showtime’s “Billions,” has scored a first: a non binary actor who was born a woman and nominated as Best Supporting Actor from that show by the Critics Choice Awards.
Dillon prefers to use the singular “they” pronoun, which isn’t grammatical but hey– we’re in new territory here. They plays Taylor, the genius assistant to Damian Lewis’s Bobby Axelrod on the show. Dillon is not the only nominee from “Billions.” The great Paul Giamatti scored a Best Actor nomination, as well.
For some reason “Billions” doesn’t get much love from awards groups. It’s one of my all time favorite shows and I know it has a big following. Lewis, Giamatti, Malin Akerman, the show itself, all deserve a lot of awards and nominations.
Dillon comes to “Billions” from “Orange is the New Black,” so they are not unknown. But Dillon is just terrific on “Billions,” a real breath of fresh air. So Bravo, in any category and any pronoun!
Does a “they” with a vagina have sexual intercourse with a “they” who has a penis?
If so, is there now a non binary, non genderized word for (if I may put it crudely) screwing?
If “they” has no sex, is “they” even allowed to have sex with another human?
I know I’m a teen, but should I care about this creature?
Whatever happened to the good old days when a person like this would have been put in a straight-jacket, and given a padded room?
You know, I really could not give-a-f**k what this thing wants to be called. But I guess the whole point of the transgender / androgynous movement is that I - we - will be made to care. They can work out their mental health issues without me.

I don’t get why “they” don’t go for “it”. Since she doesn’t consider herself a male or a female, i.e. a person, “it” would be much more apropos.

Maybe “they” more accurately describes the mental illness for “them”, a morphing multiple personality disorder, now being normalized, rather than diagnosed and considered treatable, by the rabid left. This creature wants be be “non-binary”, so “they” can shape-shift according to the inner dictates of a sick mind.
The war on sane, reasonable, civilized behavior is now the SOP of the left. They have figured out it is destroying the country faster than any other tactic they have in thier arsenal, apparently. Witness the NFL idiocy, the Kate Steinle verdict, the mess in the courts, the schools, ths immigration invasion, etc. They are sowing utter chaos on every front.
