Randy Travis' DWI arrest video has finally been released by Texas officials, and it's apparent the singer is out of it.
The video is 3 hours long ... we've posted a portion where Randy is clearly agitated and praying to God.
The 2012 footage of Randy's arrest was released Monday after a federal judge denied the country singer's request to keep it private.
As we reported ... Travis filed a lawsuit in September to keep his arrest vid under wraps, claiming it would be a violation of his privacy rights because he was exhausted, intoxicated and medicated.
Travis crashed his Trans Am and was found naked at the crash scene after walking to a convenience store ... also in the nude.

No, he was what you would expect and it was an excellent performance.
Yes. Randy had a very hard upbringing. He was in and out of institutions. His father all but abandoned him. Had it not been for Elizabeth he would not have come this far. He did have a stroke some time after his arrest. He was probably having transient ischemic brain infarct, though I have not seen a CT. When Elizabeth and he separated he went sort of crazy. Thank the Lord no one was harmed by his driving.
For the rest of us, the video would’ve been released the next morning. It must be nice to be a celebrity.
I couldn’t help but notice that he still has a metal pole lodged up...somewhere.

The dog was already naked so he thought he’d join him.
I take no pleasure seeing people in this state....
