God Bless that poor child, and all children so murdered.

... her doctors conducted surgery to remove a 4 cm piece – more than 50% — of her baby’s skull, which was cutting into her uterus and causing health issues. After multiple efforts to remove the fragment resulted in a uterine perforation, a hysterectomy was performed.

Perhaps the jury reasoned that "her doctors" were even more incompetent. Or, perhaps they were unsympathetic toward someone who procured an abortion at 25 weeks, and they didn't wish her to financially profit.

Jennifer’s attorneys had argued that if Hern had properly completed the abortion, she would not have ultimately required a hysterectomy.

At least she won't be killing any more innocent children in this lifetime.

A 25 week old premie has a shot at life. Both 'doctor' and 'mother' should have been charged with murder.

The members of the jury clearly had their heads up their asses.

but decided Hern was not negligent or the cause of her injury.

Perhaps the stupidest verdict ever.

And this is only ONE of the reasons why God’s judgment WILL fall on America.

We have been given a reprieve with President Trump for reasons God only knows.

Probably because it’s part of the end times scenarios that need to be set up. Certainly not because of moral considerations of the US.

It amazes me how many women use abortion as birth control.

What can be called wrong in a country where it isn’t considered wrong to kill babies?

Jennifer D. was negligent or the cause of her own injury for having an abortion in the first place.
