In fact, the turkey vulture has one of the best senses of smell in the animal kingdom. She isn’t kidding, either... here in FL they can actually detect farts, but it frustrates them, because they are looking for something to eat and there’s nothing to be had but still lively grinning old men drinking beer by the driveway... A funny way to bring them in close, though.
