It is foolish to grind Kobe beef.

If you made a hamburger out of ground Kobe it wouldn’t taste any better than a hamburger made out of ground supermarket chuck roast.

Making it into a meatball or meatloaf with all the other ingredients and spices is truly a waste of Kobe beef.

A glass? You can get a whole bottle of it for about $35 at a liquor store. Also, I like a red sauce on my meatballs, and some pasta, too, please. Not saying it's not good, just not my cup of tea and way overpriced.
