Reading the new VDH book on WWII right now. Interesting guy — almost as inspirational as our buddy LS.
Go read some of his earlier stuff like “The Western Way of War”
Oh, I have read quite a few of his earlier books and essays.
His modern warfare books are great reading but I especially enjoyed his earlier books like “A War Like No Other.” His writing on the classical era is great stuff and really crystalizes his views of history as a whole.
I like his earlier work the best.

but I believe that VDH may be a constituent of
Devin Nunes. At least his ranch might be within
Devin’s district. Just a little fun fact. On the
other hand all sorts of well known Hollytards reside
in Schiffty’s district.
I just read or heard something on exactly that question in another VDH “chat” that he has a fair number of on YT. Unfortunately it did not register with sufficient gusto for me to swear one way or another. I think although they live rather close to each other as the crow flies and even as the car drives, because of funny districting lines VDH is not in Nunes’ district. But I’m not swearing to that.
You could be correct. VDH is listed as a resident of
Fowler which is on 99 but he is a farm owner. Fowler
itself is not in the 22nd Dist (Nunes) but if you
travel east and northeast far enough you’ll find yourself
in the 22nd. So it depends on where the VDH place is.
More likely VDH is not a constituent. I had thought that
Nunes had replaced Rep Cal Dooley (Dem) who was VERY
WELL acquainted with my late dad thru the FFA organisation
in California. However, Dooley was replaced by another
Dem named Costa in the 16th Dist which is likely
the same as VDH residence.
David Valadao is the Congressman representing the Fowler area. He is a Republican.
I don't think so, at least currently. Selma, CA is in the 21st Congressional District, Nunes represents the 22nd.
