Microsoft accuses him of acquiring or creating counterfeit disks - but the same article states that he merely copied Microsoft’s own files or ISOs.
I’m not saying he’s in the right but shouldn’t we at least expect Microsoft to know the difference between counterfeit (forged) and illegally copied/duplicated?

My experience with the electronics recycling and resale crowd has shown them (mostly) to be liars, cheats, sweatshop operators, and petty dictators.
