Then you were trained by a dim bulb or someone in a military mindset. When they are down and the gun has been dropped, you’ll turn a good shoot into a murder charge if you just keep pumping rounds into them.

Thought she had to be a cop. She even waited for the woman behind the perp to clear her line of fire, though she ran out of time and had to shoot.
