Are black people boycotting Waffle House, and how do the Waffle House employees feel about it?
Something tells me that every one of those “incidents” deserve fleshing out in greater detail, because if there’s a tolerant forgiving patient bunch who have seen it all, it’s Waffle House cooks, waitresses and cashiers. They deal with drunks and late night crazies every night of the week, every day of the year. If somebody sets them off, I can just about guarantee they exhibited far more patience than I would have under the same circumstance.

I can’t speak for Florida, but the black people I work with in Columbus, GA like Waffle House just fine. My black supervisor recommended teh hamburgers, and he was right. They are a great value, better than Wendy’s, and short of Five Guys, but the price is closer to Wendy’s than to Five Guys, and miles better than the pricier Red Robin.
I love Waffle House. It and Chick-Fil-A are the only fast food places where I have never had a bad experience.

The “Waffle House”, is...the Waffle House. They don’t pretend to be anything other than a small diner, with good food.
Yes, the food may be a little greasy, but this article is about racism, not food quality.
Personally, as a Southerner, I think the food is very good. Breakfast anytime of the day or night, good burgers, and coffee.
Don’t go there expecting *Four Seasons* and you won’t be disappointed. Don’t go there expecting to get perfect service, or, your ass kissed - no matter what its color - and you won’t be disappointed.
It’s a restaurant, they serve good food, at a decent price. If I had any complaint, it would be that they are not large enough and sometimes you have to sit and wait for a table...but, that’s Waffle House.
Their food beats the hell out of Cracker Barrel.
If people would just go there and eat, instead of looking for a “lawsuit lottery” win, they’d enjoy it.
Maybe they will find the time to protest the two murdered white cops at the hand of a black man in Kansas City?

Every Waffle House I have been to, SC, GA & FL, have mostly black staff. I find it very hard to believe racism is being practiced on a large scale by blacks employed at Waffle House.
It seems that causing chaos at Waffle House is becoming “a thing”.
