Yes He is!!!
Gearbox crapped out. Car lost hydraulic pressure = no shift,steer or throttle.
He hopped out of the Car and was pushing it to try and cross the Timing Line but that is no longer allowed. Per Regs Car must be under it’s own power. No pushing allowed.
