ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. Vince Gilligans goal is to take viewers on a journey.
The creator started the strange trip off with Breaking Bad, a story of one mans personal transformation driven by a cancer diagnosis.
With Breaking Bad, viewers witnessed Bryan Cranstons Walter White go from Mr. Chips to Scarface, as Cranston once told me in his characters early days.
Gilligan then expanded the cultural juggernaut when he crossed over to its prequel Better Call Saul.
Over the course of that series, the story line has inched closer to that of Breaking Bad.
And this Gilligan-led journey, all filmed in Albuquerque, continues when the fourth season of the Emmy-nominated series premieres at 7 p.m. tonight on AMC.

Big changes in store for Jimmy this season. I’m looking forward to it. Right after, on AMC, is a new show, “Lodge 49” that sounds intriguing.
Saul good, man!
Been waiting for more than a year for this....2 hours to go...
Must. Watch.
Getting CCloud TV cranked up and ready to go.
Not looking forward too the point where somehow Kim disappears.
Glad Chuck did. What a great actor. I think I even hate the actor, he was so convincing.
Does Saul hate Donald Trump any less than Bryan Cranston?
I think Better Call Saul is better than Breaking Bad, and I LOOOOVED Breaking Bad.
I hope nobody answer you because I do not want to know. Liberals and their stupid politics have ruined so many things for me.

“...Better Call Saul is better than Breaking Bad”
Nowhere close, in my opinion. Breaking Bad had so many WOW moments which I’ve yet to see in Saul.

I think Better Call Saul is not about shock moments. It’s a character study. And the acting is SUPERB.
I agree re Kim. I like her and I don’t want anything bad to happen to her.
Michael McKean should have won an Emmy for his performance as Chuck. During the scene where Chuck melted down at Jimmy’s attorney disciplinary hearing, I hated him and felt sorry for him at the same time.
When will the new season show up on Netflix? We’re NOT going back to cable or satellite, or any rendition thereof.
He deserved more than an Emmy for that performance which was MAGNIFICENT.
Jimmy's brother continues to be a creep, even after his death... grrr. Oh well, I guess it will "help" Jimmy become the man we know and love in a twisted sort of way.
This show is TV at its best.
I love this show.
I enjoyed a season of Better Call Saul. Then Bob Odenkirk stared in a video telling electors that they did not have to vote for Donald Trump. Funny, but he never told electors that they did not have to vote for Hillary Clinton. So the next season became available on Netflix and I boycotted it.
