Does this combination (cocaine, ecstasy, heroin and methamphetamine)have a name? Is this a speedball?
Heroin and cocaine would be a speedball. Of the four listed,
cocaine (white pony, coke or crack if made into paste and cooked on stove), ecstasy (Molly), and methamphetamine (crank) are stimulants, with heroin (smack, horse) being a sedative. I won’t even try to guess if someone would combine all four in one dose.
The article doesn't say anything about mixing drugs together. It just says "suspicion of trafficking cocaine, ecstasy, heroin and methamphetamine" ... which are individual drugs. Of course a user could mix them if they wanted to do that.
