Could this be used for sections of the border wall?

Could this be used to help the homeless?

A heck of a lot less than the endless $$$ they throw at the problem.

My first thought as well.

I don’t know what final design will be picked for the wall, but what they are putting up now in replace and repair sections is only concrete on the bottom, mostly underground. What is above ground is metal sections attached to the concrete, the reason for this is Border Patrol requested a see through fence so they could see what is going on behind the wall. The metal sections go up fast though- if the bottom part could be 3D printed it might work great.
