What if you hate NBC.
Law & Order has ruined our faith in the justice system.
We can probably play out most of the plots in our heads — hate crimes against select groups.
I never could be that interested in any of the L&O series. I will likely have that same lack of interest for the new series.

i loved L&O- all of them. Then SVU could not keep Trump’s “name” outta their mouth- constant bashing of “our president”.
I want to watch this last season of SVU but I sure am sick of their political bullshit.
I will not watch Hate Crimes.
I barely watched TV for years/decades, except for 24 & Lost. But, I got pretty sick a couple of years ago and during that time, I began binge watching all the well known shows. I discovered SVU and Criminal Minds. I really enjoy them. But, I prefer the older SVU episodes/ seasons. Now the show is all about Benson as she carries around that angry look of hers. It’s also had become blatant with a left wing political bias. They have really ruined the show over the last 2 plus seasons.
I’ll definitely check out this new L&O show. So, thank you for this post. While waiting for ‘the next season of The Crown’ to return, I’ve just started watching ‘The X Files’. That should keep me busy for a good long while!

Will there be a squad that focuses solely on hate crime HOAXES? Cause they’ll be a lot busier.
That will get old very quickly.

Hey Hollywood, here’s a new idea ... how about having a new idea?
I used to like Law and Order. It was fairly interesting most of the time. The one guy who played the district attorney has gone on to play a gay man who has an affair with another woman’s husband played by Martin Sheen. It’s a comedy that is distinctly not funny starring Jane Fonda and Lilly Tomlin who become good friends after their husbands divorce them and get gay married. The thing about comedy is that it is sometimes insensitive and the show is so sensitive to being insensitive that there is nothing funny about it. Like those shows where the audience applauds and hoots and goes whooooo but never actually laughs. Anyway I don’t recommend it. It’s one of NetFlix original series.

Even the libs will find this to be predictable and boring I think.
L&O was totally worthless after Michael Moriarty left. Haven’t watched it in decades.

sounds like it will be SJW crap....I hate the very concept of a hate crime...who cares about the motivation in a criminal law setting. what’s worse some one kills for money or kills because they just hate the person both just as dead and both murders should be thrown into the deepest darkest hole.
