Derailed her, huh?

Got a PhD, married with 4 children, published in a lot of places.

Wish I got that derailed.

And A) How do we know it really happened, B) How do we even know it was Kavanaugh, C) If she was following this guy so closely, why didn't she mess with him during Fed Judge appointments, and D) A little groping in high school is not sexual assault as it was defined in the 1980's. Hell, I'm not sure it is NOW.

IN CASE OF EMERGENCY, BREAK GLASS

One big difference between this case and the Anita Hill debacle is that there is no obvious connection between Kavanaugh and this accuser. “I’ve never met this person in my life” is a very credible defense for Kavanaugh, unless they were neighbors (which I assume is not the case).

“However, Ford told The Post she did not recall exactly who owned the house, how she came to be at the house, or how the gathering was arranged. She remembered only that the house was in Montgomery County, near a country club, and that parents were not present.”

Here’s a woman who is missing a lot of details in her memory of an event that occurred (if we are to accept her claim as sincere) several decades ago—probably 36 years ago. (She thinks, according to another article, this occurred in 1982.)

Sorry. It is the duty of an assault victim to speak out as soon as is practically possible in order to prevent offenders from harming others. If this is not done, other than in exceptional cases such as fear of organized criminals retaliating, then such claims can never be treated as credible.

For all we know she might have been assaulted by someone and she wrongly thinks it was someone else. She admits there was no adult supervision at this party, and underaged drinking was going on. Had she been drinking? Was she drunk? How drunk? Could drinking have affected her recollection of these events?

Or, as is very possible, she might be a political activist who is willing to completely make up something purely to harm someone for political purposes.

Regardless: too little, too late.

With those credentials this accusation must have cost the DNC or Feinstein big bucks.

Here we go. The first fake letter was to prime the pump, so to speak, and give us a slight doubt about Kavanaugh. This one was ready from the start, and is being dragged out now. There will be one more next week, then another the week after.

The dems, may they be damned and may their name be cursed throughout heaven and earth, have been gathering fake information for months now, thanks to their generous offer of big bucks for some whore to come forward and perjure her rotten self.

Call me a cynic, I don’t care.

Democrats are pulling out all stops to keep Kavanaugh off the Supreme Court.

If this slander doesn’t work what’s next?

Will they blow his house up?

Crash a Boeing 757 into it?

There is no bottom limit to their insane behavior.

This is war. She and her Rat handlers need to be destroyed. The price she should pay must be so high that it will discourage anyone else trying this tactic.

“A little groping in high school is not sexual assault as it was defined in the 1980’s.”

In the 50s it was considered Sex Ed.

It sounds like she's not that clear on the details, so - if it actually happened - how does she know that it was him?

This may be like people who seem to recall meeting a mixed-race kid in Hawaii forty years ago and later convince themselves years later that it was you-know-who.

In an interview, her husband, Russell Ford, said that in the 2012 sessions, she recounted being trapped in a room with two drunken boys, one of whom pinned her to a bed, molested her and prevented her from screaming. He said he recalled that his wife used Kavanaugh’s last name and voiced concern that Kavanaugh — then a federal judge — might one day be nominated to the Supreme Court.

He needs to give more exact dates. Did she name Kavanaugh in 2012? Did she suspect back then that he might make be appointed to the Supreme Court? Or did her memory return after she read about Kavanaugh in the news, in which case it's a lot more suspect.

Of course, a lawyer might track the career of a judge, but it's less likely that a psychologist would. It's possible in these days of google that she could have following Kavanaugh's life online, but I'm still skeptical.

oh we’re just gonna pretend this is real after all this time, since his nomination and now it’s near the end?

R’s better come out hard in November or DJT win will be a small bump in the road to them totally changing this country forever. We’re almost to that point, but still have some hope.

From the article....

...The Post reported that she had contacted the newspaper in July, along with Feinstein. According to Ford, she kept the episode mostly to herself until 2012, when she mentioned it in a couple’s therapy session.

The therapist’s contemporaneous notes, provided to the Post, reportedly confirmed that Ford maintained she had been attacked by four individuals “from an elitist boys’ school” who are now “highly respected and high-ranking members of society in Washington.” The therapist, Ford said, had confused the number of people involved in the alleged attack with the total number of people in the house....

Yeah, sure....okay, right.

Why am I picturing counselor Sergeant Gunny throwing a box of Kleenex at this jack wagon?

How many witnesses saw her at this party?

The truth is, she was drunk and had alcohol slut syndrome going for her. She teased random boys, exposed her naughty bits to many, made lewd and suggestive comments about how she wanted to play Amtrak and, when she sobered up, pushed her hazy memories back into a dark closet. The "therapy session" was to come to grips with her apparent dislike of sex with her husband and why she wasn't more "accommodating" to his needs. The shrink coaxed out a story about some hazy encounter from years ago to satisfy the client....errr....patient. Oh, and the name had to be of some popular young man who wouldn't flip her a fiver for a clumsy head bobbin', which irritated her sensitive ego to no end.

How's that for a theory.

WaPo: “Ford said she told no one of the incident in any detail until 2012, when she was in couples therapy with her husband.”

This overly strains credulity.

She would have told her girlfriends immediately. This is exactly the kind of story any girl would share with her friends at the time within a nanosecond of seeing them or being within reach of a telephone.

One has to be suspicious of her career background in psychology.

So much of it is junk science. How many lives and how much money was wasted for decades on Freudian psychoanalysis?

She says the incident damaged her for years afterward. Yet she never mentioned it to a girlfriend?

Too much of psychological therapy is searching backward to identify events which then can be dwelled upon and mentally embellished over time into excuses that serve as a substitute for taking appropriate responsibility oneself for the course of one’s life.

Perhaps what happened: Drunk kids at a pool party (she says she was wearing a one-piece swimsuit). Two start to make out, fall on the bed, a third being goofy jumps on them. The girl runs out after they all fall down.

Years later, she embellishes and then weaponizes the event in couples therapy either to attack her husband on some point or to defend herself from criticism her husband has made. She blows it up in her own mind so much for use in present purposes that she believes something traumatic happened to her.
