Im going with the conversion was a crappy job.
When doing a conversion like that things need to be UPGRADED:
BRAKING SYSTEM needs bigger Rotors, Calipers (like ADDING a Second Pair on the front so its got 4 Front Calipers).
Upgraded MultiPiston Rear Calipers.
An additional or upgraded Brake Distribution Valve because of 2 more Front Calipers and Larger MultiPiston Rear Calipers being added.
A bigger Brake Master Cylinder and Fluid Resivour.
Heavy duty Ceramic or Metallic Brake Pads
Heavy duty Vented Brake Rotors
Synthetic Brake Fluid
SUSPENSION SYSTEM UPGRADE:
Bigger Antisway Bars
Bigger Heavy Duty Springs
Nitrogen Gas Pressure Shocks
Bigger Wheels and Tyres for more Contact Patch
Transmission Upgrades (Internal, valving and Friction Discs and Plates)
Additional Transmission Oil Cooler
Rather than a complete and expensive custom conversion, they make 15 passenger vans that are safe and economical.
