The airline tickets the wife bought were likely to throw authorities off in another direction. The stolen plane that disappeared over the ocean was likely a planned water landing with a boat waiting......

He's probably got numerous bank accounts both domestic and off shore with different aliases for he and his wife, likely fake passports too.........

Considering the fact he has cancer, he and his wife have probably just left for the last vacation of their lives...........
