Williamson County is famous in Central Texas for cops and prosecutors that over react.
One violation they are particularly overly aggressive in is DUI. If they even smell alcohol on your breath the chances are high your going to jail where they will forcibly, if necessary, take blood from your arm.
It is well known too NOT to have even one drink in Williamson County and then try to drive home.
Frigging women. Trouble.
I hope he sues her and she also gets jail time.

I hear ya. It actually happened to a college bud of mine and his GF, and he eventually bunked at my apt for a week. It’s ALWAYS the WOMAN they believe first, for crying out loud. I knew the GF and him personally and he’s the passive type and not the bossy bitch type like the GF.
But If I were this dude, I would sue the cops too..not just the stupid accuser. There’s not much money to be gained from the b*tch but the city has a lot of it..
But then you’d have to see a lot of this old girlfriend.
Maybe they could settle out of court and a public apology would work. A little groveling would be nice.

WHY NOT? A police report is sworn under oath, isn't it? Isn't knowingly filing a false police report perjury?
True regarding Williamson County. The alleged crime, though, was reported to have occurred in Temple, which is in Bell County. The guy lives in Williamson County. My guess is that Temple or Bell County authorities did the arrest. Or maybe I missed something.

Williamson County Prosecutors have a long history of carving conviction notches on their gunbelts.
The cops and media are still covering for the liar.
Bell County isn’t far from Waco. Bad cops must be a local specialty.
Unfortunately, when I posted ‘timid”, he took her back in pissed me off, the family and friends. Pretty much everyone. The idiot was really in love with her. She dropped the case and took awhile for his record to be completely cleared.
Even years later, they would invite me for dinner or lunch sometimes and I still ACT like nothing happened but I never trusted her afterwards. I should have an Oscar nomination for the entire time I was with her..
Maybe so, but the prosecutors were Bell County, it appears:

Ya. Scary since you’d have to spend, nights, days, the rest of your life with her. She might be crazy, too. The boil your pet rabbit kind of crazy.
Worst of all, they might have kids. The kids might turn out crazy too.

And the sloppy police work will only get sloppier because the lying D.O.B. should be charged with making false official statements but she will not be charged.
If ever a woman should be made an example of, this is one.
False accusation of a felony should itself be a felony, whether the false accuser is male or female.
