Editor's note: KVUE is not identifying Precopia's accuser because she hasn't been charged with a crime.

And there is the root of the problem...

Its rare for a suspect to have an airtight alibi.

The selfie didn’t lie

Ex-girlfriend. Lucky he didn’t marry her.

“She was his high school girlfriend. The two dated several years earlier,”

Precopia's accuser told police that the two had a troubled relationship when they dated in high school several years ago, and she cited that as a reason she reported that he assaulted her.

Oh, that's all right then ...

Yep she ought to be in jail, she couldn’t have mistaken him for someone else so she should be in jail. That’s an airtight case for the cops!

The time stamp can be modified (meaning falsified) but the GPS coordinates can’t.

Must believe woman!...but evidence!...still woman never lies...but evidence! Gosh this evidence thing is so conflicting!

But seriously, this means she likely carved the pictured ‘X’ in her own chest trying to frame him. This chick is mental.

Cops and prosecutors get the same number of brownie points for putting an innocent man away as they do putting a guilty man away, and it’s usually much easier to railroad an innocent man than go through all the trouble of prosecuting a guilty one.

Not just sloppy police work - sheer stupidity

Add a mentally ill or plain evil-intentioned woman, and you have a serious threat to justice.

Williamson County is famous in Central Texas for cops and prosecutors that over react.

One violation they are particularly overly aggressive in is DUI. If they even smell alcohol on your breath the chances are high your going to jail where they will forcibly, if necessary, take blood from your arm.

It is well known too NOT to have even one drink in Williamson County and then try to drive home.

“Sloppy police work.
Believe women!!!”

I hear ya. It actually happened to a college bud of mine and his GF, and he eventually bunked at my apt for a week. It’s ALWAYS the WOMAN they believe first, for crying out loud. I knew the GF and him personally and he’s the passive type and not the bossy bitch type like the GF.

But If I were this dude, I would sue the cops too..not just the stupid accuser. There’s not much money to be gained from the b*tch but the city has a lot of it..

WHY NOT? A police report is sworn under oath, isn't it? Isn't knowingly filing a false police report perjury?

The cops and media are still covering for the liar.

Bell County isn’t far from Waco. Bad cops must be a local specialty.
