A local Thai joint uses a lot of tofu in their buffet dishes. It's not bad, good texture, blends well. They've been there for decades, so I guess they know what they're doing.

Sooooo... One place, out of the hundreds (more?) restaurants where I've eaten, that makes tofu edible.

From the same Brittie crazies who tried to get people to call the critters we call seafood as “sea kittens” a few years ago —their reasoning being that people wouldn’t want to eat “fish” if they were called “kittens”. (I would just assume they had catfish.) Which brings on a whole ‘nother kettle of of fish, what they would call “fish caught in a lake”? I would call it “dinner”.
