National Security Clearance Scandal

Was I the only one who caught the look on Whitaker's face when Roger Stone's arrest came up at his inquisition? Watch for the questions from Collins to Whitaker, especially when it delves into the timing of when CNN knew of the impending raid. Whitaker acknowledged that it would be illegal for a news media to be alerted to a raid while it was still sealed. His look at that point in time betrayed his thoughts of "... crap, they can take out the security clearances of Mueller's entire team with this one ...". Leaking a raid while it is still under seal is a felony. Knowing a leak occurred and not reporting it is also a felony, both of which would immediately affect a national security clearance. Without a security clearance classified documents are illegal to read. Without the ability of secrecy of national security clearances the communications among the insurrectionists may be fatally crippled.

Evidence of the leak was reported here -

Apparently all President Trump has to do is suspend the national security clearances of Mueller's entire team until the leaker ('AAW'?) is prosecuted.

Video of the proceeding can be found here -

Why is President Trump denying this tool to upset the insurrection of Mueller and the U.S. intelligence community?

Remove the security clearance of a commiecrat?
Never happen.
The wicked witch of the Arkansas is still free - after having done things which would have put me in jail for three eternities.
Democrat = crook.
Period.

I would have been more impressed by your comment if you had tried to help by suggesting the time of the hearing where Collins raises the CNN presence question, for example.

Because anything he does, anything Whitaker does, anything Barr does(when confirmed), anything anyone does other than Rosenstein...will be construed as Obstruction of Justice.

Even if it doesn’t meet any legal standard. Not even move the needle on legal standard. The media, the Dem’s, everyone would dog pile on him all day every day. They do exactly that, as I type. But there are too many squirrels for them to chase because nothing sticks.

Those clearances are pulled due to the leak, no matter if it were a capital offense, they would have a field day.

“CNN should lose it’s license....“

Because it doesn’t (at least AFAIK) broadcast over the air I don’t think that it has one. What it should lose are some of its personnel to the slammer for several years.

I sometimes wonder if Susan Collins just isn’t a little sharper than might sometimes be appreciated, on the plus side we didn’t get Patty Murray!

Could you possibly save me five hours of watching time and give the time that the mention in question is made? Thanks.

The number of sealed Federal Court documents passed 76,000 at the end of January 2019. AAG Whitaker mentioned both Horowitz and Huber in his testimony yesterday. There are indication that there are a couple of unnamed prosecutors out there who have been working hare on this.

If Obama could get the FISC to approve FISA warrants on the basis of the phony dossier, don’t you think Trump could get legal FISA warrants on the Deep State actors? These people have been digging their own graves for two years.

I think Whittaker is just letting the mueller team hang themselves with their own rope. Trump also is allowing this charade to happen he could end it anytime. The Dems seemed like they were in a panic yesterday. Trying to get Whittaker to constantly give them an anti trump answer and he wouldn’t. Wish he would remain as attorney general.

The evidence has already been publicly exposed, and there’s video of the raid. And if any exception is made to the rules of National Security Clearances, those come into play by defendants in unrelated court cases, including current ones. That’s the effect of permanence in the judiciary. But the obstruction of justice may be under seal, necessitating a national security clearance for access.

I came up with this article from VOX that discusses the exchange -

give the time that the mention in question is made? Thanks.

Hannity had a better view last night of everything that was going on during that raid than anything that has been posted online - everything was as clear as a bell - from cameras on Stone’s own front porch complete with him opening the door to the FBI’s repeated knocking...Stone stepping outside with his hands in the air, an FBI agent immediately there to handcuff him and then taking him back in the house. They went from the street to the front of his house in two different directions as it must have been a circular driveway then they met up on the porch.

I was hoping to see here that because CNN was tipped off it would be considered an ILLEGAL raid and all charges against Stone would have to be dropped and they’d have to begin again...wishful thinking, I guess.

Are you a Russian bot?

Are you an insurrectionist?

If I were a Russian bot I might have written something like this -

Here it is, the day Mueller promised his ‘report’ on his investigation of President Trump, and nada, zip, bupkis. Not surprising, he lied. That’s his character. After the Russians stood up to his bully tactics and got into discovery, Mueller pulled out his pen and redacted a number of documents requested by the Russians for their defense. Well, the Russians have WikiLeaks documents matching those requested from Mueller, and they provided copies of the unredacted docs to Mueller. Mueller screams ‘foul’, and accused them of tampering with evidence. The true tampering, of course, is the redacted material in an attempt to hide exculpatory evidence from defendants, which is a felony. But they did their due diligence in judge shopping and got an Obama judge to hear the case. Instead of finding for defendants due to the dirty tricks of Mueller hiding evidence, the judge seals the case so We the People are kept in the dark. That’s American justice under the Democrats. If we don’t change it, we better get used to third world status, because it’s here already.
