When we did a big remodel we eliminated the toi!et paper holder and instead have a basket of toilet paper. Nice and easy.

If I had Grandchildren, I would tell them:

Back when I was your age, toilet tissue was printed in all kinds of colors. I swear, I’m telling the truth. Ask Grammy.
There was yellow tissue, green, pink, blue, and if you looked for it, you might even find polka dot tissue! Just walk into your local Grocery Store and buy it. It was all quite amazing!

Then, the year came where people started worrying about pollution from the dyes. And just like THAT...All the colored tissues just went away!

I never thought about it until a co-worker had a meltdown because the paper was on "the wrong way".

I was a new bride so I began to worry, maybe my husband had some preference. Maybe I was doing it wrong. Oh dear!

So I went home and asked him how he preferred the toilet paper.

He gave me the strangest look and said, "uh... on the holder?"
