Prepping saves you money. Now. Whether there’s disaster or not.
And if there is a disaster it saves big money, and maybe your life.
In 2013 I published a comprehensive book (three years in the writing) on this topic that Ill unabashedly recommend - When There is No FEMA (NOFEMA). Its available on Amazon (as a physical book only). I purchase the other prepping books when they become available, and NOFEMA is still the best of the bunch. In fact Im starting to see the new books actually site NOFEMA as a reference.
Thank you. Bookmarked for future reference.

I am replying to pm’s as soon as I see them but I also live in Spain, which is 6 to 10 hours ahead of most FReepers, so when most of you are just waking up I’m out running my daily errands. Be patient and I will get back to you :-)

Right now it has almost 900 files and is about 7GB in size,
with sections on prepping, homesteading, gardening, survival, etc.
Access to the library is via a decryption key available through OP FReeper " Oshkalaboomboom ".

Thanks for the post. BKMRK. BTTT. Keep an eye on Venezuela. Electricity is a luxury if there is no clean water or proper sanitation.
Wow, thank you!
I you need a contribution, I would gladly help out.
Midwest Flooding - Time To Stock Up?
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
“Its Supermarket Time”
“At this moment, millions of acres of farmland are underwater, and that is not going to change any time soon. When the flood waters came, they moved so rapidly that they literally picked up pigs and baby calves and carried them along. Roads, rail lines and entire small towns have been washed away, and so even if farmers had something left to sell they couldnt get it to market anyway.”
“Food production in the United States is going to be way, way down this year. Prices at the grocery store are immediately going to start rising, and they are going to keep rising all year long. So now is the best time to stock up and to get prepared for what is coming. Our breadbasket has been absolutely devastated, and things are only going to get worse. The mainstream media seems to think that this is just another in a long string of major natural disasters that has hit our nation in recent years, but the truth is not so simple. This disaster is going to have a dramatic impact on our ability to grow our own food, and even if everything went perfectly from this point forward we are talking about a recovery that would take many, many years.”
