In the original deal, Disney only wanted the entertainment companies.
In the original deal, Fox News, Fox Business, and some Fox broadcast channels were going to be spun off from the corporate parent, 21st Century Fox.
As far as I know, Fox News, etc. have been consolidated into a completely independent company.
