I’ve read that Uganda is trying to lure back Indians now, after Idi Amin chased them out 40 years ago. The economy ground to a halt, and hasn’t budged since.
For some political porn, watch YouTube clips of conversations/interviews with Africans from Uganda, Zimbabwe, etc. - both before and after independence. The smug naivete of the young adults that just assume non-blacks were handed everything is mind-boggling; I’d love to interview those idiots today. One clip has a black fellow in Zimbabwe wondering why blacks today refuse to use “trash receptacles” or only defecate in certain designated areas. It would be funny if it wasn’t so sad; now they are all trying to get into modern Western countries ruled by white people...
