When a large star comes to its end it collapses and in a brief instant creates all the heavier elements which is us and our earth. This super nova then blasts these new elements into space and they then become the basis of planets formed in a new cycle of planetary formation around a new star.
Lunar water + Cosmic Dust = Lunar-Cosmic Mud.
