Former Minneapolis police officer Mohamed Noor took the stand Thursday afternoon to testify in his own defense in the trial for the July 2017 shooting death of Australia native Justine Ruszczyk Damond. It is the first time he has spoken on the record about the fatal shooting.
The State of Minnesota rested its case at 12:08 p.m. Thursday after questioning finished with their second use-of-force expert, Timothy Longo. Longo's last words to jury were that he had no statements from Noor in reaching his conclusions.
The defense began to present their case when court resumed at 12:45 p.m., calling Noor to testify.

Justine Damond update ping.
Hub and I were just talking about that the other day. Thanks for the info......
“Aussie Woman slapped my car. It scared me. I killed her. Allahu Ackbar.”
The magic words are: “I was afraid for my life.” Automatic get out of jail free card when wearing the magic blue suit.
Yeah, I’ve got a bad feeling about this...
Unforntunalty, Noor’s partner that day also testified that he feared for his life after the women slapped his car.
Fires past the deputy driving the car while he, the deputy, was talking to the woman.
Yeah---the partner feared for his life that this barbarian muzzlime would "accidentally" shoot him as well if he didn't back up his non-credible story.

Shocking that the guy has taken the stand. They must be worried. From his post on the 25th:
Since Justine Ruszczyk (Damond) was killed by Mohamed Noor on July 15, 2017, the Minneapolis mayor and chief of police have been sacked, the chief by the mayor and the mayor by the voters. Justines killing opened a window onto Minneapoliss kakistocracy. The case hasnt drawn much national attention, apparently because the victim was a white woman and the shooter is a black Somali immigrant.
The local liberal media has been giving it a whitewash, excuse the term.
One thing's for sure. There will be no happy ending for anyone in this case.
“When I moved here, no one liked Somalis, Noor said.
Yeah, well, they still don’t and YOU haven’t helped the cause, you idiot!
“The defense has asked the judge to dismiss all three charges against Noor, which includes second-degree murder, third-degree murder and second-degree manslaughter. Judge Kathryn Quaintance says there is ‘sufficient evidence to allow all charges to go to jury.’”
Nice try! And, GOOD! At least he’ll get ONE of the three!
“The officers were wearing body cameras, but did not turn them on until after the shooting. Jurors watched Harrity’s body camera footage earlier in the trial, which shows Justine taking her final breaths.”
And just WHY is this? You WERE investigating a possible crime, were you NOT, Officers? Yeesh!
WHEN the creep is convicted, he will just be one more Muslim terrorist in our prisons, converting the other inmates to their goat humping “religion”-—BUT it will be one less Somali Muslim on the streets of Mogadishu on the Mississippi
Since he is taking the stand, I expect him to play the victim card and have nothing happen to him.

I imagine everyone on the jury understood that was just one cop sticking up for another.

I wonder if that partner ever got his hearing back in that ear?
Had the Australian woman worn a slave burka, then Somali Muslim would not have shot the Kafir ?
Jury of his peers won’t convict. What’s the problem? It was a woman in her PAJAMAS, with her hair UNCOVERED! Of COURSE he shot her!/s
Unforntunalty[sic], Noors partner that day also testified that he feared for his life after the women slapped his car.
If true, then most likely it will be found to be a justifiable use of force.

or, maybe, found to be an attempted cover up and perjury.
A cop that fears for his life because a woman slaps his car?
Uh huh. Pull the other one.
