Finally, a study which shows doing something in excess everyday is fine for your heart.
But what about your other organs??
But do not add sugar, cream, milk or sweetner to those 25 cups.

In other words, heres a new study that directly contradicts previous studies. The conclusion you can draw from this, is that most studies are worthless. Even more worthless is the opinion of experts.
Heres an idea: think for yourself.

I get the jitters at 3 cups. I’m good and done at 1-2.

Most people dont drink enough water, and Ive always thought that the benefits you get from the extra H2O from coffee make up for any ill effects from the bean grinds. At least thats been the rationale Ive used for my addiction!

Ridiculous and stupid. Completely wrong. All these “studies” are bull$h!it. And the “scientists” are too stupid to realize it.

I average 4 cups a day, and it doesn’t seem to interfere with my sleep. 2 in the morning, 2 in the evening.

Was this study funded by Maxwell House? How studies are funded has ruined scientific studies.

2+ pots per day. Never jitter. Was once hired by fedgov to teach logs how to sleep more soundly. BP often at the edge of too low.

I drink 1-2 cups (mugs) per day. Used to be 6-7. Now, after two, I switch to fresh brewed green tea (iced in summer) and water for the rest of the day.
