“... seek out licensed shops with safe products.”
Ha. What a joke. Licensed or unlicensed, that crap ain’t safe for anyone’s brain. What they mean is safe for their tax revenue.
It’s going to get murderous and nasty now that tax money is involved ....
Imagine if they actually did a war on drugs to start with. Just shows that the war on drugs can be won if state governments really want to.
Why do you think it is called “Dope?”
Bingo!!! No matter what kind of license it is, for the state, it is about revenue and control, in any order you prefer.
Moonshine pot.....LOL
Taxed high enough to make it happen.
An “unintended consequence”? Most likely.
“TAX MONEY”
yep. exact same reason that revenuers go after moonshiners ...
If you thought Luca Brasi was tough, just wait until you see what the CA state government sicks on competitors. Bureaucrat Gang makes Virgil Sollozzo and the Tattaglias look like a bunch of pansies.
Agreed. Going after pot smokers shows that Liberal Lawmakers in California still do not get it. Illegals have shattered the Unions, driven wages down, and ruined careers. But hey, they want to get those “Evil Pot smoking Hippies”
The California Cartel.
Make your legislative minds up, Sacramento.
There are already dozens of medical MJ shops and boutiques.
Is the legal switch ON or OFF?
The laws are still rather ambiguous.
I don’t use it, or care to, but I know of some who do in the North Bay. Some cancer patients use it after chemo to develop an appetite.
These growers will not give up their little cottage businesses without some amount of resistance.
I am so glad we decriminalized marijuana use. Got rid of all criminal activity didn’t it?
Well, just staff them with illegal aliens and declare sanctuary status, right?
In Mexifornia: tens of thousands of illegals brining disease to the streets, illegals murdering citizens, roads in bad shape, schools pathetic and we spend money on regulating a natural substance.
I live in Kern County, where pot shops were banned and ordered shut down the end of May. I don’t know if this applied to med MJ.
Is it legal, or is it illegal?
California seems to want it both ways.
Make up your freaking mind.
