Mid-morning, you’ll be going against the flow escaping NYC.

The New Jersey Turnpike is, generally, free-flowing from 10:00 a.m. ‘til 3:00 p.m.

The Delaware Memorial Bridge is under construction. There will be delays there anytime.

If you’re headed to a Baltimore suburb that’s northeast of the city, you’ll be OK. If you have to drive through the city to get where you’re going, prepare to sit in traffic.

There are some good apps for navigation and traffic:

WAZE and Here WeGo

Try either or both.

Have a great trip, and good luck!

Do not use Wayze in a city with any dangerous neighborhoods. It will take you where there is the least traffic. In such a city you might find yourself driving on a street with half of the houses boarded up, very few cars parked and some people wandering around walking in the street. I experienced this. Wayze is excellent on the open road.
