When the platform shoes were a thing my sister in law fell like that and broke her ankle, very nasty break. I would not be surprised if the second fall happened as a result of the pain she was feeling from the first fall. Dr. told my SIL they had seen many injuries from wearing those shoes.
I guess I just don’t see the humor in anyone falling down. Which is odd because if someone gets bucked off a horse (as long as they are not seriously hurt) I think that is hilarious.
