The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public's assistance in identifying 14 persons of interest in reference to an Aggravated Assault incident which occurred in the 1900 block of Connecticut Avenue, NW, on Saturday, July 13, 2019, at approximately 1:00 AM. The subjects were captured by a nearby surveillance camera.

That’s at the Washington Hilton. I stayed there about 25 years ago. They used to have valet parking (for an exorbitant fee). I’m surprised a valet or bellhop wasn’t nearby.
I stayed there several months ago and that is the valet parking area still. I cannot believe no one stepped in. That is right at the door to the lower lobby.

Yeah, my buddy who watched it pointed that out to me too as I had missed it.
As I told him, what a wonderful “lady”. She’ll make someone a fine wife someday.
It would appear that something happened, out of camera range, before the attack which prompted the one guy to punch the victim. The gang knew something was up before the punch was thrown and were coming in to see what would happen. Once the victim was down, then the beating commenced.
None of that goes towards justification, not by any stretch. I hope these thugs get what's coming to them.

I remember driving into the parking area with a (male)friend and there were little girls who looked about the age of 9 or 10 who were trying to reach into the window and proposition my friend. It was unbelievable.
