The last time a major American publication would feature the game of cricket?
I don't know about that, but the question raised in the editorial about whether "baseball is our national game" will generate some controversy. It seems that some in the west (Midwest, to people in the 21st century) take exception to the notion that they don't know baseball east of the Hudson. We will hear from them in subsequent issues.
