Instead of doing so, the government has continued to defy its constitutional, ethical and legal obligations to this Court and to the defense, and to hide evidence that it knows exonerates Mr. Flynn. As is the essence of the problem here, instead of protecting its citizens, the "government" is protecting its own criminal conduct and operatives. The only real "equity holder" in this case is Michael T. Flynn, whose career was deliberately and maliciously destroyed by outrageous government conduct documented in our brief in reply. The American public is entitled to see that now. ...

First, because Mr. Flynn, like all defendants in our system, is entitled to that age-old tradition of transparency that gives assurance "that others [are] able to observe the proceedings" and justice will be done. Press-Enterprise Co., 464 U.S. at 507. But in addition to Mr. Flynn's claim to regular proceedings, is the public's concern for the welfare of the justice system generally. Mr. Flynn's case has captivated the attention of the nation, and public debate about the case and the circumstances surrounding it have raised serious questions about the nature of the investigation and the legitimacy of the charges. Suspicions that grave misconduct has occurred--at the highest levels of our nation's most prominent federal agencies--have scandalized the public and seriously undermined trust in the rule of law--the bedrock of our society. It is imperative that the public has the chance to speedily examine these filings for themselves and make conclusions about the activities of their own government, whatever those conclusions might be. ...
Additionally, this is in fact an exceprt, but I think all 367 words are necressary to convey the point Sidney Powell is making.
This has an interesting e-mail chain relating to the FBI releasing 302's pertaining to interview of Flynn. The government has represented that it has already produced all of these. Now it appears to be admitting it has not produced all of these.

Everybody that is paid by the taxpayers and had any knowledge that the charges against Gen. Flynn were bogus should be terminated. The whistleblower laws would have protected them from harm, therefore there was no reason not to reveal what they knew. Their failure to do so means that they were a party to the conspiracy and they should be fired. The whistleblower laws are to protect them and us from injustice.
Our injustice is being forced to finance the corruption.

Why hasn’t the Judge found the Gubmint Lawyer in Contempt and Jailed him for it and referred him for permanent disbarment?? Obviously They LIED TO THE COURT.

I think Judge Sullivan is going to put the prosecutors in a position where hey have no other option than to drop all of the charges.
If you read the attached emails then you see that what they are trying to do is delay the production and blame it on other agencies of the government. They are just dragging things out in the hope of running out the clock.
It’s not just production. Powell wants to paint a narrative without redactions, or with minimal ones.
The government has represented that Powell has ZERO classified info, so the question is why any redactions at all?
If I understand the email string the DOJ is not claiming they want to redact more. They are saying that the FBI might want redactions. I think the judge might go along with a delay to get the FBI in the loop. The only way to rule against the gov I think is to say the DOJ should have done that already and no more time is necessary.
Yes, well the DOJ (prosecutor) is the one holding things up, and all Powell is asking for is the judge to get involved. If the prosecutor is under the thumb of FBI on this count, the judge can deal with that and rule after considering arguments straight from the horse's mouth.
Keep in mind that Powell has seen all the redacted material. The issue presented is whether or not the public can see it too.

The Justice Department which seeks to create injustice against Flynn is the same Justice Department in which we depend to clear President Trump when it’s investigation is complete? Is anyone else having difficulty wrapping their heads around that?
Some of us just view the whole thing as an unprincipled “circus” or something like that.
