I have been doing this often, high fat plain fatty yogurt or kefir. Great with mixed berries

I am thinking of making tzatsiki and see what it does for psoriasis. Garlic, cucumber, and yogurt.

I might try a day of just that if I can figure out what to dip it with since bread would be out.

That's exactly what I have in my breakfast every morning. Siggi's full milk (high fat) yogurt with berries swirled in. I get the big bags of frozen berries and thaw a few out the night before in the refrigerator.

Along with some fried eggs in butter - which take me literally 3 minutes to make - it's the true breakfast of champions.

I mention the 3 minutes because when I tell people I make fried eggs every morning, almost always, they tell me they "don't have the time". But really not much more time than pouring milk into a bowl of sugar-laden cereal).
